I began developing my business experience upon graduating NYU when I spent several years working in Executive Search. As an Executive Recruiter for Fortune 500 Clients I found, assessed, and placed senior executives in new and challenging roles that furthered their careers. Through conversations with candidates I gained a unique perspective on the challenges they faced and how they overcame them to realize their ambitions.

After business school, I joined Goldman Sachs where I received training and experience in navigating a large corporate environment. I also served in a consulting capacity at the Institute for Personal Leadership, which pulls together insights from history’s most effective leaders with the most recent findings in neuroscience. 

Finally, I have served as an advisor and sounding board for my husband as he launched his start-up in 2012, Compass, which became a publicly traded company on April 1st 2021, and employs over 3000 staff, supports over 21,000 agents, in over 20 of the largest real estate markets across the country. I have been privy to the company’s most pressing challenges and have helped its CEO arrive at his most important managerial and business decisions.
