The Ideal Client

The ideal client profile...

Clients benefit most from working with me if they have an innate potential for self-awareness through self-examination.  Can they get in touch with and understand their internal, emotions and feelings?  Can they be honest about what they are good at, and not?  It's also important to have moderate to high EQ and empathy.  Can they put themselves in someone else shoes?  Can they understand where someone else is coming from?

From a business perspective ideal clients have strong follow through and initiative.  They do not struggle to execute the business tasks they identify and decide will further their goals.  Most importantly, they have significant ambition and have chosen a path of continuous personal and professional growth.

These wonderful attributes begs the question: why does the ideal client need a coach?  To which I respond: someone on an ambitious path will need to interface with others to get there, but personality, thinking and working styles will inevitably conflict.  Having time set aside on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to think through how best to navigate working with and leading others give clients an edge to meet their goals faster, and hopefully with less drama.
